- No skills development - Zero work satisfaction - Worst work life balance - Sometimes you are forced to work 12-16 hours without any extra pay. - No initial training is provided you have to learn all by yourself. - If employee puts resignation then HR management Threats employee, Hold salary etc. - Manager here always fools employee with the benifits of working under his leadership. - You have to work on Saturday and Sunday sometimes. - Salary depends on your relationship with Senior Employee. - Lots of Nepotism.
