- Nothing here is to be liked. - Manager play politics with employee. - TL is credit-chor don't have any technical knowledge, exert in abusing juniors in front of all team. - Frequent Salary delays. - No appraisal. - HR management is worst. - Salary deduction.

Dislikes

- No skills development - Zero work satisfaction - Worst work life balance - Sometimes you are forced to work 12-16 hours without any extra pay. - No initial training is provided you have to learn all by yourself. - If employee puts resignation then HR management Threats employee, Hold salary etc. - Manager here always fools employee with the benifits of working under his leadership. - You have to work on Saturday and Sunday sometimes. - Salary depends on your relationship with Senior Employee. - Lots of Nepotism. P.S- Not recommended for Anyone, If you want to spoil your peace then join this Organisation....Read More
