The company culture is driven by it's people and leaders though there is no question on the CEOs capabilities however the culture is driven by HR. There is no CHRO hence the team works in silos. There is no collaboration among the leaders in HR. Especially, a wrong hire spoils the culture. The VP HR Sales is extremely political and does not understand the definition of culture. Low salary,there is no goalsheet for promotion,every month you get different target and you never know your next months target, office premises is very short,training room too short,there is no pantry room,leave policy is horrible, Saturday timing is 9.30 to 1.30,but every Saturday you have be in office till 4-5 pm
