Corporate culture is so toxic and some colleagues spreading rumours about you to demotivate you if you get a lot of attention and the manager observes everything but as the colleague is from Mumbai location and bit more experience than me so he was silent through out the time. Overall Company Structure and Management is Very Poor. As a SAHI( Stand alone health insurance Company) they dont have Inhouse claim settlement team. digitally they are so poor. Products features are good but Pricing is so high. As a employee not satisfied with company.
