It's pretty open for ideas , irrespective of the level you are in. Immense learning.Very amicable ,and calm culture.

Dislikes

Compensation can be better and no variables except for top mgmt.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
