///This review is very specific to the Active omni Cloud Ops Systems Engineering team./// 1> Ladies, please beware before joining this team. This team is owned by bigot management who thinks women are not capable of doing good technical work and they are made to do only repetitive donkey work. He thinks extremely low of all the women and will never assign meaning full work to them. 2> Horrible work life balance. People are harassed by the same manager in name of flexible working hours. You need to be available 16 hours everyday including weekends and Indian holidays and for any issues he will call you and ask you to work on them. You do not even get comp-offs for all the busy working weekends and Indian holidays and learning nothing . Mangement does not care about employees. 3> There is extreme partiality in work assignment and no transparency. You wont get good work and same repetitive work will be assigned to you. Even if you fight, the good technical work will be only taken care by the manager and his few close people in the team to build the dependency. Manager is highly biased for few people in the team. 4>Management will never promote or let you grow as a technical person. You will not be allowed to work independently and you cant even send a mail without asking the management. Out of all the insecurities the manager has, he is ruining others career after hiring them and you would start doubting yourself after some time. 5>As a new joiner , manager wont cooperate with you. He wont allow to take responsibility and create fear in you. After sometime he will come to rescue you and he will show himself as a saviour. 6> All good people already left due to high level of politics in the team.All of them were made to resign by not assigning them good work. 7>"SIR" culture is promoted by management. 8>Useless HR and puppet of middle management.You only talk with them before interview and while leaving the company....Read More
