It's Autonomous bodies of Ministry of textiles ,GOI. Work environment like government organisations means good. Salary structure is based on semi government's pay scale .it will be not enough for us - politics are everywhere. So no comments.

About dislikes, here no growth , Management can not appreciated you for any good work. No & never promoted you. There are some problems in gujarat government grads & salary structure.

Our work life is too good because here, there are no work pressure & work environment and collegous are good and also helpful. I learnt everything on the jod which is helpful for us lot.

This Organization is Autonomous body of Ministry of Textile. Primary work is R&D in technical Textile , Sample Testing , certification ,training and implementation of govt. Skill Development Program like ISDS with latest technology fully Digital Work , I am The part of The IT Team as A Head Of IT Dept. and Skill Development Program.We have participate all IT related Project in Textile at Delhi MOT or At Mumbai,or Ahmedabad .which is govt. Project. I am Responsible for all IT Works and Project at our Organization like as in-house developed software, website, networking, ,IT operation work ,training, govt. projects etc Here, 2 other branches of our organization. Our Growth rate is very slow . Because, it is govt. bodies .The work pressure is not more than 8 hrs. Salary/ appraisal is not good because here semi govt. salary grade so salary raising rate is very slow.Work environment is very good.

Work Details

As per Head of Dept, I am responsible all IT related Work such as Development, infrastructure, operational work , Govt. Projects Work etc.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
