Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...try of textiles ,GOI. Work environment like government organisations means good. Salary structure is based on semi government's pay scale .it will be not enough for us - politics are everywhere. So no comments.

This Organization is Autonomous body of Ministry of Textile. Primary work is R&D in technical Textile , Sample Testing , certification ,training and implementation of govt. Skill Development Program like ISDS with latest technology fully Digital Work , I am The part of The IT Team as A Head Of IT Dept. and Skill Development Program. We have participate all IT related Project in Textile at Delhi MOT or At Mumbai,or Ahmedabad .which is govt. Project. I am Responsible for all IT Works and Project at our Organization like as in-house developed software, website, networking, ,IT operation work ,training, govt. projects etc Here, 2 other branches of our organization. Which is managed by us.

...ry slow . Because, it is govt. bodies .The work pressure is not more than 8 hrs. Salary/ appraisal is not good because here semi govt. salary grade so salary raising rate is very slow.Work environment is very good.
