NIFT is the worst institute to work, I have seen the life of employees are miserable.

Politics starting from the top, ex director of Nift Raebareli played a vital role by unethically removing selected candidate (me) (from the permanent role examination process held at Nift New Delhi as he was on of the jury members) reason being,if you don’t agree to his conditions.

Few teaching professionals were little uncomfortable or hesitant in interacting with me for whom while passing out from NIFT; for the analysis of their Final Project I was as an External Jury Member.

Dislikes

In the design field,The management needs to be more humane and not bureaucratic and diplomatic. The focus should always be students and nothing else. Too many red tapes and politics amongst faculty and administration spoils the fun of learning and love for teaching.
