NIFT is the worst institute to work, I have seen the life of employees are miserable.

In the design field,The management needs to be more humane and not bureaucratic and diplomatic. The focus should always be students and nothing else. Too many red tapes and politics amongst faculty and administration spoils the fun of learning and love for teaching.
