If you have no ambition in life and love job security then this is the place.

Dislikes

No trust among colleagues. Yes man culture with dictatorial management. For a company which is basically for sales and services, the tail like HR,IT, Administration etc is much bigger than tooth.

Was boring most of the time as I was not for yes man culture. However despite having got the company great record orders there was no recognition, no rewards.
