Malpani provides the job security, Work life balance is a big plus here. No one calls you after work hours. Company functions were the best.

You get very less salary as compare to market rates. Career growth is very slow.

Salary structure is very ambigious. Heavy workload. No increment for two years. No trip and No birthday or festival celebration of any event. No value for new employees. Rules made for Rural Employees I.e. sangamner, are applicable to Urban Employees of Pune. No leaves from the company. Payment of per year Leaves, already deducted from the package and then given leaves to employees. No entertainment and mental satisfaction. No value for new concepts and ideas. Suggestions and complaints of old employees are taking into consideration than new employees. No insurance benefits from the company. Travelling charges Rs. 3/- for per kilometers, for bike of employees. Only major festivals are holidays. No prior Notice for dismissal of service....Read More
