I don't want to write here because I dislike this company.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher then there is no place for you. There is no trainer who trained you as your job profile. But You have to work from the very first days. You have to work as multi tasking staff irrespectively whether you are a technical or non technical person. You have to work as customer care (150-200 appox daily)as well as to collect due bill from domestic area from higher post to lower post. Consumer is very aggressive & abusive but there is no security for you. There is no technical field only the name is power supply limited. HR recruits as technical staff but when you join there you will know that you are appointed as commercial associate which is non technical post. When you queries for the same they replied that only vacant is there so you are appointed. No casual leave within 1 year and no increment after one year if you take leave your salary will be deducted but they will not highlighted it in appointment letter. They will hire you from 13k-20k as a fresher. But in hand salary is very low. They give different basic salary in different month. You will not understand what is your actual salary is. They give your basic salary after deduction without details after they deduct pf and p tax and give your in hand salary. So don't be fool....Read More

Even if you have been the same company for 2 years but don’t take on the role,Treat everyone the same as who made mistake and who is punished, salary not increase fastly,don’t give petrol.
