Worst Company to work with. no proper structure, micro management, more of a family business. Don’t even think of a proper career growth & Skill development. They call themselves a Corporate Company, but their system and actions doesn’t even meet a minimum standard.

this is an investor-run company, even an employee at Store Manager Grade is also an investor in the company ( but all is from Kerala only) so every investor feels like an owner. Salary and incentives are good and on time. You get paid leave, Profit linked incentives and every year a Rs 2500 for group trip. You will get training in every three months.

Dislikes

You will be fired anytime for any reason or no reason. Increment is very less. No personal life. No fixed hour working. For leaves you have to beg. Few staff will keep giving your negative feedback to the management. Even if you left or fired or terminated from the company and try to join any other brand they will give negative feedback to them so you can't join them also. Company is good but the management is really poor. HR can't help if your store director don't want you.
