I dislike working in Malabar Gold and Diamonds is, in some times share market value is increased day by day ,automatically decreased the Gold rate, due to this the burden is directly or indirectly. faced by the company so I dislike to do work in the company.

Actually they have "C" class Stores in dubai which will give very less incentive and from my experience I have came to known that there no growth and there no significant variation in my income comparing to India. Many I have told them to transfer but no use. Anybody before joining Malabar gold and Diamonds please think before joining. This is my personal experience.

Chairman vision is good and having a vision of jewellery around 360in globe ,

Malayali people dominated store ,not capable of any other states person exist in high position in their company..work environment is good and chairman vision is good,but inbetween stores and other heads and hr is worst ,they hear only malayali store heads version whether employee is what capable of good things Nd work

Malabar Company in kolkata is good for freshers ,but experienced professionals may find it disappointing. The company promise many benefits at the time of hiring , but in reality , those promises are rarely fulfilled.

Ex-Delayed Confirmation:-Trainers have to wait up to more than1 Year 10 months. Delayed offer letter:-offer letters are sometimes issued after 1 year of joining. No benefit for Trainers:-During the training period, employees do not receive bonuses, PF or any others perks. Lack of respect for Bengalis:-As a Kerala based company, there seems to be little respect for Bengali employees, creating a biased work place environment. While it can be a stepping stone for freshers to gain some initial experience, experienced professionals might be better off working elsewhere. .but if I punch 10.15 am the work side is unhappy because of the deadline. If there is a theft in the showroom, they will deduct from our account. The simple things are that the task facing the company is put on the head of the employees
