They work on hire and fire system within 4-5 months from the joining you will be kicked out of the company. Politics on high level from top to bottom to even HR. I had such a horror experience. Just play with your piece of mind.

I worked over there more than 2 year. No job security and work culture in this company. They can through you out within 6 months. So much internal politics. Team heads have direct communication with HR And used to send warning email PIP through HR. They troubled me alot during my pregnancy. Used to threat me etc etc.

Dislikes

One of the worst company. It has a big name but they are not employee friendly company. Believe in hire and fire. They give hardly 6 months and through you out of the company. Internal politics is like hell. Staff is not even helping no traing for new joining nothing. I will never recommend anyone to join this company

Didnt support us during covid time and simply got a call from hr said ask to leave on same day. Seriously we are facing big crisis. Also didnt offer any other job from third party. At the end i will only say they lost all faith it will take to come back again and stand in the market.
