Nothing at all. The beach offices are terrible dungeons.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Working in the branch offices are truly among the terrible mistakes one can ever make. A branch operations person is solely responsible for everything from quotation to collection of money. Poor coordination.

Work Details

Hectic. No work life balance. It just says flexible working hours but not applicable in branches. And when you have a crooked branch manager, your life is shattered.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
