Work culture is professional.
It was hard to understand what was expected for my role. Career growth and compensation are quite disappointing. The work load was also too much for me. Promotions are given only to those who pretend to work more.
I left the job due to burnout. I was given a lot of work which was never ending. It was affecting my life. Also, I don’t think I got to learn as much as I wanted to at the company.

Earlier, the company used to think about the employees. It's not the same anymore. The working hours are toxic. My colleagues have been cooperative but I failed to understand the criteria when it came to promotions. I felt that those who brag about work get better appraisals than those who actually work hard.
Sometimes, I felt excluded and under-appreciated. There were times when I got more work than I could handle but I never got any compensation for working so hard. Their appraisals are very demotivating. The scope of career growth is negligible in this company unless you brag and show off a lot about how much you are into your work. Not good so far
There's no job security when it's high time to come together and fight with this supernatural disaster which's held upon us.
The experience was good while I was working. But I lost my job in this ongoing pandemic when I need this job most importantly. It was not a good gesture when you're working with such brand.
