Worst company of my career! Worst part about the company is their HR, if you visit them with any complaints against your manager, they will make sure to make your life hell. First they will put you on notice period saying your performance is below par, then when they could figure out you’re not able to find another job they’ll pushyou take an early release and they won’t charge you a penny in the name of recovery period, and in case you go to them for early release they’ll make sure you pay for the recovery days even when the manager is aligned for early release. Such hypocrites work here, especially in the hotel supply division! Even the manager will expect you to work for atleast 12 hours a day, they will shout at you for little mistakes in front of everyone to humiliate you and HR will still support your manager!
