Everything:- 1. Accepting MMT offer letter is equal to divorcing your family and life as they will treat you like their slave/disposable property 2. Work life balance is negative. They will ask you to carry laptop in your trips or vacations. If there is a prod issue during your leave, they will call you to fix it. If you can't or not carrying your laptop you will be abused. There is no concept of weekend or holidays. 3. Abusive, toxic work culture. Senior people abusing others to get extremely overloaded work done by individuals are promoted every year with good hikes. People complaining about abuses are targeted for more abuse and zero hike but they are not laid off as they cannot afford laying off due to their high attrition. 4. False promises by HR. While joining you will be lured with Open Leave Policy which is a myth. taking 18 leaves in a year will not carry forward any number of leaves to next year, once 24 leaves is attained your manager will warn you. Taking 30 leaves will ensure zero hike for you. 5. Rigid work from office culture. If you need to take 1 day wfh, your manager or senior will bug you with weird issues every 30mins which will never come up when you are in office. 6. The training program of the head quarters is excellent and the mentors of the head quarters are too good.
