Good, supportive and transparent HR team and senior team mates.

Rahul is a BDM who uses foul language worse than roadies to humiliate you. He is so disinvested in his team that even for client details, rate and other things we need toc ontact HR who inturn asks a senior team mate for details. There is no response from RAHUL what so ever over mails or calls. He lets you know on the first day itself that he has the capacity to fire you without payment and no one will question him. This was the induction given to me by Rahul. There is no segregation of positions and you get to know that the position is closed at the end of the day after you submit the profiles. Rest of manager is treating like a employees expcept Rahul Shrivastav he is very rude in behaviour and he don’t have very much knowledge of IT he know 1 thing only how to pressure to their employees and he is treating like a Labour not a employee so please whose ever want to join that company so please i request to all of u don’t work under Rahul Shrivastav Team even he is used to abusing also. Maintec technologies is the worst company i have seen.. no moral ethics and the manager Rahul was the worst person. They don't know how to manage the team,, Don't know to schedule the work properly... No proper salary... You can't learn anything here..i will not suggest you to join in Rahul's team
