For someone who have passion for learning about overall tractor then this is the best place for them. You'll gel a chance to open any tractor Aggregate like engine, transmission and everything here. You'll get Practical exposure here as you can always go to all departments in plant without any permission to explore about the manufacturing process. You'll get very nice afternoon meal here and evening snack as well which is really good. Gym is free for you. There's no hierarchy here, you'll always be a Training Executive @MIBS with a negligible increment every year. Don't expect to have more facilities, you will be working off role not as a permanent employee. There's no yearly bonus for training executives. When you go to training centers i.e. Sagar, Satna, Jabalpur, you have to manage your own expenses with the same salary</mark>. Work role is not fixed here, you may have to work here for anything your manager want. You may have to open any tractor or Aggregates or complete the missing parts of the same.
