There's no hierarchy here, you'll always be a Training Executive @MIBS with a negligible increment every year. Don't expect to have more facilities, you will be working off role not as a permanent employee. There's no yearly bonus for training executives. When you go to training centers i.e. Sagar, Satna, Jabalpur, you have to manage your own expenses with the same salary. Work role is not fixed here, you may have to work here for anything your manager want. You may have to open any tractor or Aggregates or complete the missing parts of the same. You may have to do some housekeeper works and heavy works like lifting heavy weight objects....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
