Moreover resorting to alcohol as a means to appease to superiors is concerning and unhealthy. * Poor Work life balance The unpredictable nature of work hours and the expectation to be available at all times and makes achieving healthy work life balance challenging. Additionally being sent alone to out of the city just to grab a sale is additional cruelty * Misleading Policies - promises of benefits such as travel allowance are often contingent on meeting unrealistic targets. Money which you spend on the travel and other expenses for the company. It makes it so delay to reimburse the amount you get pissed and when it gets bigger bill then they do not bother to reimburse. I have already spent my thousands of rupees but no reimbursement from the company.

Rapid development of lots of skills. Will really benefit over long term in personal and professional life. For a 21 yo graduate aspiring to go for an MBA program in marketing can do it in this job working for around 3 years. Very hard work required. Will provide edge over other sales professionals for sure.

Work life balance is almost impossible. Lack of routine. Company’s policy to clawback earned incentives. Highly disorganised KRA. Too much travel fatal to physical and mental well being. Ethics is in papers only, compromised often to achieve sales. Un sustainable for extended period of time. Not recommend for a married person as leaving home for many days is frequent.

- Work pressure You have to give a sale on daily basis which you cant since the product is a luxury product which no one needs. The managers will pressure you and make your day horrible if sale is not given - No work life balance You have to work 365 days. Regardless of the policies they have, your leave is in your manager hands which he will not give you. You get one day week off from monday-Thursday only for first 3 weeks, final week there is no off.. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working. Even during week off they will fix an appointment and ask you to go -incentives Everything is fake. They have so many eligibility criteria for getting eligible to get incentives. Good luck passing everything. Even if you get incentives they have clawback system where they take the incentives back from you if the customer leaves the membership plan which will obviously happen because of zero service provided to them.
