Moreover resorting to alcohol as a means to appease to superiors is concerning and unhealthy. * Poor Work life balance The unpredictable nature of work hours and the expectation to be available at all times and makes achieving healthy work life balance challenging. Additionally being sent alone to out of the city just to grab a sale is additional cruelty * Misleading Policies - promises of benefits such as travel allowance are often contingent on meeting unrealistic targets.
