Rapid development of lots of skills. Will really benefit over long term in personal and professional life. For a 21 yo graduate aspiring to go for an MBA program in marketing can do it in this job working for around 3 years. Very hard work required. Will provide edge over other sales professionals for sure.

Work life balance is almost impossible. Lack of routine. Company’s policy to clawback earned incentives. Highly disorganised KRA. Too much travel fatal to physical and mental well being. Ethics is in papers only, compromised often to achieve sales. Un sustainable for extended period of time. Not recommend for a married person as leaving home for many days is frequent.

1. Poor work life balance : Do not join this organisation if you are married or bought up with childrens. 2. Poor management : Do not focus on marketing team instead they ask leads from reference. 3. Poor Incentive program : Incentives are peak even if possible you can earn 1 lac only as incentive but criteria to attain incentive isneed to struggle a lot which means you have work on weekoff aswell. 4. Poor time management : You can come to office any time before 11.30 pm but atleast need to stay for 11.00 pm at venue place where event is conducted instead you can have shift timings or something else. 5. - Work pressure You have to give a sale on daily basis which you cant since the product is a luxury product which no one needs. The managers will pressure you and make your day horrible if sale is not given - No work life balance You have to work 365 days. Regardless of the policies they have, your leave is in your manager hands which he will not give you. You get one day week off from monday-Thursday only for first 3 weeks, final week there is no off.. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working. Even during week off they will fix an appointment and ask you to go -incentives Everything is fake. They have so many eligibility criteria for getting eligible to get incentives. Good luck passing everything. Even if you get incentives they have clawback system where they take the incentives back from you if the customer leaves the membership plan which will obviously happen because of zero service provided to them. Basically you’ll get good incentives this month you’ll feel happy which will be taken back next month itself 😂 it’s rotational - Zero service They basically ask you to scam people, give so many false assurance to clients to covert them, even if you refuse to do these your manager will do and make you handle the client so in the end you will be trapped and debit will be initiated from your salary if the client escalates -Politics Constant work by managers to kick people out from the company, you need to be on their good side to get opportunities and save your job...Read More

they do harassment till you are not going to give resign and apart from this their existing customers are not happy earlier sales team make fake promises to clients to achieve their targets and they also not give your full final settlement after resign upper level managers are fraud totally
