As my concern Mahindra Finance is a good working environment but there is some employers given pressure and politics also.company appraisal is worst because superior given ranking not only performance and behaviour and more politics at the time of appraisal.

I would like to work in Mahindra Finance but there is some superior given politics. They are not recommend for promotion even hr given good feedback about employees and having good performance also. And if I get opportunity from other company they are not support us and seeing as enemy of company. I don't know why these people doing like this. Company losses good employees that reasons..
