Much expectation only from those who work hard others are rest ,Managers doesn't take care of there executives in some departments, some managers can't accept truth about work done over all Bad experience working under some of the old managers.

There are no security available at lower stage of company. growth factor was less .result oriented ; good productive company.there are different products which is more profitable business but against growth that not enough for company.

Company growth is very slow. Work pressure is high but salary growth was also very slow. 5 years I'm cross only 50000/- growth that not enough to me.customers satisfied with us but we are not satisfied with my company.

Challenging work , collect current dues of customer at its due date.and overdue and penalty charges from defoltur customer's. Make some legal pictures on front of defoltur customer's to gain installments.
