Area Business Manager - Refinance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for pre-owned car loans, commercial vehicle finance, refinancing, and auto loans.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in area management or similar role in banking or NBFC industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of financial products such as auto loans, commercial vehicle finance, pre-owned car loans, refinancing.
