Work culture is quite motivating and supportive, overall colleagues are very much supportive. The company's policy is of high value

Some external sources work are preferred more than that of the employees work, the dealer executive of my branch used to drink alcohol in office hours and showed tantrums. If I were to meet him outside of working hours i might have done something bad so thanks for not letting that drunker come close to me.

Everything is good in this organisation but some mid managers are there who are not that much supportive and sometimes doesn't understand the mind stability and situation of the subordinate. It's a very nice company to work as you get to learn in each an every phase and career growth will surely come to you.
