If you are part of sales or business you will be well compensated, Accounts Department has no scope.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No extra pay for Saturdays and Sundays/ Extra hours. No work life balance, average 11-12 hrs work. Pathetic salary hike and growth in Accounts Department. They pressure you to work till late , and to not take leaves . There is no health insurance or allowances for lower posts.
