I have very much unsatisfied with the IT system and other processing system, its need very long time. For processing of NOC its need very long time from other NBFC company.

Mahindra&Mahindra financial services ltd has given me the opportunity to work in a good position and a great vertical(DMT) to work.It gives me the opportunity to work independently in the company.Mahindra Finance has a large customer bais and a huge market size in Tripura.Because of this,I get the experience of dealing with different type of customers.If anybody do well in this company,get lot of incentives and respects.Insentive structure is very good in this company.My salary increased within one year of joining.Which is not available in other companies after doing very well.All Divisional managers and Area managers are very friendly and healpful behavior....Read More

Some vertical bosses does not allow the junior exucutive to work independently.The inner working environment now has some branches that's not good.Future position growth is much slower.
