Lot of work and work pressure. no personal life. you have to be available in plant for build support on saturday sunday. you have to work extra hours. company R&D is outside of the city so you will spend your more time in travel to avoid the traffic the office time changed to morning 8 am to 5:30 pm but you will never leave on time

Salary increment is terrific. Marathi culture, even when people know that some Hindi or other regions people are seated they always speak Marathi in between. Hindi is national language of India it’s now mandatory at everywhere even in syllabus also.

Unlike other corporate offices, the colleagues of mine here are very humble and super supportive. Moreover they had my back all the time.

Since it's a MNC, to learn and broaden your knowledge with real time practice is difficult as almost all the departments are subdivided.

People here are from very long time I e. More than 10years and so there is lot of politics and work related knowledge transfer is limited
