Mostly I liked the environment at site because it is totally in my control even my senior engineer remains,about work I have learned some subject about my work

Mainly struggled for salary ,it hadn't come intime and full salary.

I feel personally My work is very hard because it exposes me to the sun badly but I liked to do the work in that situation. My job is in site is giving levels and marking lines and supervising labour and workers.after all ,end of the day submit the work

Without proper reason HR forced me to resign the job at this critical time , still they have not cleared the salary of october '20 , i m suffering with financial problem, management is not supporting in any way, i m helpless, Since 2013 i worked for company with my dedicated effort,

Flexi-work timings is a very good things available in this organisation. Work life balance is equally good. Freedom to work according to wishes, within your responsibility range.

Finance not managed well, always looking for scapegoats, vendors aren't paid properly, quality standards are all namesake, no value to sequence of work.
