Likes

A very good & leading company (PSU ) in transmission sector. Transforming the substations to automation. Work environment is excellent and salary is as per government policy.

Dislikes

Some drawbacks of PSU sector are there but not very serious.

Dislikes

You have to work under authority having less or no knowledge than you, being a government company.Horses and donkies are treated with same treatment which may result in frustration . Innovative ideas are not welcome.
