The company is a joint venture of GAIL and BPCL. I like to work in the operation and Maintenance department with my seniors. The work environment is great all employ will guide you in a proper direction. you will learn the latest technology in your field. You will learn how to work as a Team. Great Experience I had in MNGL.

No teamwork in the company, whatever job is assigned you have to do at your own risk no support or guidance from Senior authority. In 1 year 5 month period no training has been arranged for Trainee Engineer. Job Security is good. If we look for career growth in 'MNGL' as a Fresher, I do not prefer as a start. Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire site work of Operation and Maintenance Department like Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, etc. All the Travel to a site in a day gets a little hectic sometimes.

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow because the work precess is not going to the right way.Work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls Inthe evening and sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is no no on - job tranning for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Worst company to work with. No moral ethics. Salary not par with the industry, except for few employees. Working environment is the worst, as the person who works & gives results is held as culprit thus no job security.
