Colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

Scope of work is not defined. Nobody knows their job role properly. Everything is haphazard. Non availability of sufficient manpower. Non availability of spares. Rules are not employee friendly. No training on technical skills. Too long procedure and too much paperwork , leading to unnecessary delays. Inter department friction.

Work is hectic as well as boring. Nothing new to do here.

I had learn one thing about company that all rules and regulations only applied for third party inspection engineer though contractor don’t follow any safety rules as per MGL norms still they are ok for it.

Dislikes

Third party engineer tooks so much effort for permission and liasioning also he will be responsible for site incident still company paid them 30k with OT 100rs and 1350 for Sunday’s and one more thing Accomodation is not provided which is the major thing to improve
