I had learn one thing about company that all rules and regulations only applied for third party inspection engineer though contractor don’t follow any safety rules as per MGL norms still they are ok for it.

Third party engineer tooks so much effort for permission and liasioning also he will be responsible for site incident still company paid them 30k with OT 100rs and 1350 for Sunday’s and one more thing Accomodation is not provided which is the major thing to improve

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow because the work precess is not going to the right way.Work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls Inthe evening and sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is no no on - job tranning for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes....Read More
