Working at M.T.N.L was fantastic. If you are having good teammates than you can achieve easily your targets. My teammates were of a combined nature. Regarding training, you are given in-service training time to time by a well trained staff at ITTM shadi our exchange. Being the CPSE, there is a job guarantee/security. Regarding career growth, it so-so. With every 5 years completion you will get financial upgradation but functional upgradation is not up to the satisfaction. Salary is much beyond your expectations. MTNL gave me a good platform to grow technically as well as administratively. Got an excellent exposure to mobile, transmission, data network.

Dislikes

Work culture needs an improvement. Appropriate decision making management required. Attitude of the officers and staff need to have a positive approach.
