As a result company's unstable business environment, there have been extensive lay offs of valuable assets. Directors are misusing their authorities and lack professionalism. Those who excessively praise their superiors can progress in this environment. Additionally, it seems that management has inflated ratings by pressuring employees to submit positive reviews, which raises a doubt about authenticity of the reviews. Policy just on paper is great. Top management is very much illeterate. From Director to manager all are just running behind female managers to team members doing their setting.
