There are several aspects that are very good at Magnit. Namely the work culture and leadership of the management. I got an opportunity abroad otherwise I would have loved to continue my career at Magnit. Overall it was great experience to work as I got great mentors in form of Team Leads like Badal Shah and Nirav Gadkari; along with managers like Kaushal Desai and Vishal Shah. There may not be any significant dislikes, however Car Parking could have been better.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
