Management are totally useless including all area managers/TL/SDL, they do not care about any employee and do not have any technical solution if yo ask them, they are just having back to back useless meetings with the team without conclude any topic, yelling at team members to hide their failures. Specially Sv HOD, he has no idea what is going around, he is totally non-technical. He just got selected in the company with his talent of licking his boss **. he is good for nothing. What is does best is to make fake promise to everyone and do the back bitching of their colleagues and junior engineers . Even though his graduation degree is questionable to lead 120 engineers. he behave like an immature kid who wants attention....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
