but too much politics is in SCM dept., your growth is not depend on what efforts your taking for company but it is depend on how close you are with your HOD ( this is the only standard of measurement of team). Most of the time SCM HOD ( Somil Shrivastav) swaring to his team member, which is too bad thing I think. Hope management team will look into it.
