The work culture of Magna is really fantabulous , Management provide many trainings for your improvement and the understanding of your work . The Policies of the company is a treasure of the management .

Dislikes

The teammates and the team leads of Magna Chennai are very comfortable and very helping for the work and to do the work in a comfortable zone . Especially the team leaders of the company are very friendly and treat everyone as a brotherhood . The training programs are very useful for the understanding of the work and the work culture .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
