I feel one of the standout aspects is the emphasis on professional development. There are ample opportunities to learn, grow and take on new challenges. The company also prioritizes work-life balance as they never reject leaves or even provide wfh facility whenever requested.

Really would give a review of 2.5, Likes :- 1) People - The people at least in my experience have been extremely nice and friendly. 2) Great parties and functions 3) Good growth in company for now.

Dislikes :- 1) As time goes there is a feeling that the management has become more controlling of its employees. Gone are the days when the management provided flexibility when it came to Work From Home. 2) Decision making is happening in a fly and sometimes in a fit of rage.
