The kind of work they had for the employees, it was not up to par. The managers did not know how to motivate or lead their team members. The work culture was toxic.

1.) Extreme favouritism - The top leader of the organisation showcase favouritism and those who work hard but do not joke around or chill with the leaders are often ignored and sidelined. Magistral is not a big brand outside. Very few people know it. Salaries are on the lower side.

Really would give a review of 2.5, Likes :- 1) People - The people at least in my experience have been extremely nice and friendly. 2) Great parties and functions 3) Good growth in company for now.

Dislikes

Dislikes :- 1) As time goes there is a feeling that the management has become more controlling of its employees. Gone are the days when the management provided flexibility when it came to Work From Home. 2) Decision making is happening in a fly and sometimes in a fit of rage.
