Magic bus works with a good cause which is education is essential I also like the dream of magic bus which works to get education to jobs

The curriculum of magic bus should be slightly modified as the structure used by magic should be replaced with a new tractor.

There is nothing to like about the company No one is serious about work, there is no proper security for trainers job They say trainers are the piller of the company and its just for the statement they use but they will never act the same.

NoI appreciate Magic Bus's commitment to empowering rural communities, but I struggle with adapting programs to urban areas. While I understand the necessity of certain programs in rural contexts, I find it challenging to replicate them in urban settings where requirements and contexts differ. I'd like to explore innovative solutions tailored to urban needs.

Horrible and ridiculous experience. I'm recommending not to join specially Peeragarhi centre. The staff are completely illiterate and slumy in behaviour plus they play politics except HR nobody i found appropriate. Please keep yourself away from such a toxic and career destroying job. •They are asking to make impossible targets as possible. • Monthly target based job. Want to complete enrollments count per person should complete and collect 160 datas date is from 22nd to next month 22nd. • You will get personal growth through networking here but don't expect for professional growth like promotions. • Work pressure and target completion pressure from manager. • Before getting selected they used to say you have to support with mobilizers like 50% training and 50% mobilizing but reality is you have to do 90% mobilizing on your own and 10% of training. • As a trainer you have to mobilize and search for colleges or Institutes and try to collaborate with them for sessions. • Fixed travel and other allowance upto Rs. 1600 only no other pay for submitting bills.
