It was awful culture and need to work on building good culture.
HR WHO TAKES CARE OF MUMBAI AND Pune branch, Priya Al is biased and most importantly she isn't following any HR practices instead she ruins the company culture by playing devil's advocate to show that she is the one who can control evrything. She provokes people if she doesn't like any leaders she will provoke people under them to damage team and make sure to defame them. This lady should is just ruining the culture and branch can't grow dur to such idiot people. Senior leadership is very political and removes people for saving own job and reputation. Insane behaviour and unethical practices in terms of employees reimbursement. Unwanted pressure and no fixed framework. Immature decision making . 1. Unqualified Hiring in the Legal Department: The company has a serious issue with unqualified hiring, particularly in the legal department. An Assistant Manager Legal was appointed purely due to personal ties with the Head Legal, despite lacking even basic grammar proficiency. This individual writes emails with poor sentence structure, such as: A. "once BR receives it, we can sign the agreements" instead of the grammatically correct: "Once the BR is received, the agreements can be signed." B. "The sale deed looks fine, Please change the authorized Signatory (name of signatory) no more in the system. @employee Please suggest the name of the person who signed and executed the deed." C. "The application form and agreement please print and sign with ______ Sir. then share these documents with the Noida office for _____ Sir's signature. For ___ agreements, coordinate with ----- to print them on Bangalore stamp paper. signed first by Mr. ------, then couriered to the Noida Office for further signing." When key legal personnel lack fundamental language and drafting skills, it not only damages the company's reputation but also exposes it to potential legal risks. 2. Exploitation of Freshers: The company heavily misuses freshers by employing them on contracts rather than offering full-time positions. This practice not only lacks job security but also ensures that freshers are underpaid (only 8-10k) while being made to handle significant workloads. The compensation offered to freshers is shockingly low, making it an unattractive place for young professionals seeking fair pay and career growth. 3. Favoritism & Referral Bias: There is a clear bias towards existing employees. Since the company provides monetary incentives for employee referrals, current employees primarily refer their close ones rather than qualified candidates. This has resulted in a toxic work culture where deserving candidates are overlooked in favor of personal connections. 4. Questionable Leadership in the Legal Department: The Head Legal is on a contract but does not contribute effectively. Attendance is irregular, and even when present, personal work seems to take priority over company responsibilities . Additionally, the hiring of the Assistant Legal Manager raises serious concerns about favoritism and ethical standards. 5. Nepotism & Unethical Practices: The appointment of the Assistant Manager Legal appears to be a case of blatant nepotism. It might be possible that the Head Legal received financial benefits in exchange for recommending the candidate. This raises serious ethical concerns and questions the integrity of the hiring process. Such careless hiring has negatively impacted the efficiency and credibility of the legal department. FINAL VERDICT: This company prioritizes favoritism, internal politics, and personal gains over talent and merit. Freshers should be cautious before joining, as they are likely to be exploited with low pay and contractual roles. The legal department, in particular, suffers from poor leadership, unethical hiring, and inefficiency. Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.
No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.
