Work culture! Theres no HR team who actually listen to your concerns and provides a solution! They ask you to leave if we don't like any of their practices! Managers literally yell at you on the floor - 0 professionalism! They make you extend work hours if targets aren't achieved and targets are weekly wise so you'll have to almost extend everyday! Worst company to work in!

Unpaid extension of work ,where we are forced to work if sales are not met no breakers , negetive managers and tl forced to work on week ends/off days no sort of nh or holidays forced to work as well , if you join this company you will die just working no work life balance at all.

No work life balance, not promoted much, not so high salary, micro management, policies which doesn't benefit employee much, toxic hierarchy, no work from home.

HR WHO TAKES CARE OF MUMBAI AND Pune branch, Priya Al is biased and most importantly she isn't following any HR practices instead she ruins the company culture by playing devil's advocate to show that she is the one who can control evrything. She provokes people if she doesn't like any leaders she will provoke people under them to damage team and make sure to defame them. This lady should is just ruining the culture and branch can't grow dur to such idiot people. Senior leadership is very political and removes people for saving own job and reputation. Insane behaviour and unethical practices in terms of employees reimbursement. Unwanted pressure and no fixed framework. Immature decision making . While company says Monday to Friday on document they ask you to work on Saturday's too. Irrational behaviour and most insane people who manage these branches. Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.
