I am a master student. MMM is good for me as it helps me to improve myself and I have got the exposure to know the best version of myself.

Dislikes

Only thing which I think MMM should improve that they should focus more on practical knowledge of students.

The whole staff is more supportive and a very good time spend there as a guest faculty.

Dislikes

They don't help much more on the Covid crisis.

Work Details

My work is to teach btech students in electrical engineering and I enjoyed my job.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
